The **Administrative and Sales Manager** will play a key role in managing daily accounting activities, customer service, and contributing to revenue growth through business development activities. This position combines financial administration with direct customer interaction and measurable involvement in sales processes. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Administration (50%) * Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Assist in the preparation of tax documents and coordinate with tax preparers. * Use cloud-based accounting platforms and maintain digital files in compliance with Mexican tax regulations. Client Relationship Management (25%\-35%) * Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts. * Welcome and assist in onboarding new clients. * Maintain records in the CRM, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues. * Provide clients with guidance on financial tools, processes, and important dates. Sales and Business Development (15%\-25%) * Identify opportunities for additional or cross-selling during client interactions. * Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support the sales process. * Represent Aldea Tax Services at local networking events or other business activities. REQUIREMENTS * ADVANCED ENGLISH (Conversational proficiency required) * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, administration, and/or customer service. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Familiarity with technological tools and collaborative platforms.
