Position Summary: Supervises and documents the implementation of HSE procedures, developing and updating regulations to strengthen safety and environmental protection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key Functions: * Document and supervise execution of corporate-determined procedures, including health, personal safety, asset security, and environmental plans and programs. * Develop and update assigned procedures to establish and standardize company safety guidelines, aligned with ISO standards and legislative requirements. * Provide training and advisory support for implementing applicable procedures and best practices that enhance organizational performance from the perspectives of health, occupational and asset safety, and environmental protection. * Conduct inspections, among other site visits to the assigned location, to generate action plans mitigating findings and enabling timely follow-up on identified risks to ensure safe conditions for MITINFRA’s operational processes. * Support preparation and execution of communication, awareness, training, commitment, and engagement campaigns involving all MITINFRA stakeholders for procedure implementation, while promoting prevention and self-care best practices grounded in “SAFETY AS A VALUE.” Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM. Additional Information: * Salary: $24,104 monthly gross. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, AFORE, INFONAVIT). * Additional life insurance equivalent to 12 months’ salary.
