Job Responsibilities * Achieve 100% compliance with production schedules through efficient management of personnel, machinery, and equipment, ensuring the quality required by our customers * Guarantee compliance with product specifications. * Start up machines according to production orders. * Identify, resolve, and report machine or mold failures to the relevant department. * Generate daily production reports. * Adjust deviations in production processes. * Effectively supervise assigned personnel. * Track and resolve internal non-conformities.
