We are looking for a Yard Supervisor responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of intermodal equipment. **Requirements:** * Education: **Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field** (in process of graduation or already graduated). * Minimum of **1 year of experience in supervision or operational coordination**. * Knowledge in: * Occupational health and safety (QHSSE). * Production processes, maintenance, logistics, and warehouses. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * **Intermediate English proficiency.** * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * **Schedule, direct, and control** maintenance and repair processes of **intermodal equipment** at the assigned location. * Meet **productivity, performance, and quality standards** required by the client. * Ensure achievement of **operational and economic profitability objectives** for the assigned area. * Supervise and ensure compliance with **QHSSE procedures**, promoting **occupational health and safety practices** among internal and external personnel. * **Support QHSSE staff** in implementing and monitoring company-established safety guidelines. * Coordinate human and material resources to ensure daily operational efficiency.
