**1. Purpose of the Position:** Receive ideas and requirements from the Project Manager to analyze materials, processes, and resources needed in order to prepare accurate quotations and determine the total cost of projects to be presented to the client. **2. Key Responsibilities:** · Receive project information or concepts provided by the **Project Manager**. · Analyze technical requirements, materials, dimensions, and manufacturing processes. · Request and compare **supplier quotations** for materials or external services. · Calculate **direct and indirect costs**, considering labor, materials, time, transportation, and overhead. · Prepare **detailed quotations** for review and approval by the immediate supervisor. · Maintain an updated **cost and supplier database**. · Coordinate with **Procurement, Production, and Warehouse** departments to validate material prices and availability. · Track approved projects to compare **estimated vs. actual costs**. · Propose alternative materials or processes that optimize costs without compromising quality. **3. Requirements:** · Technical or university degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field**. · Minimum **2 years’ experience in cost analysis or quotation preparation**. · Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes (wood, metal, fiberglass, textiles, etc.). · Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel** and calculation tools or ERP systems. · Ability to **interpret blueprints, drawings, or technical specifications**. · Attention to detail and analytical thinking. · Advanced English (Mandatory). · Experience in the commercial installations and/or retail displays sector (Mandatory). **4.
