**REQUIREMENTS**: Age between 28 and 45 years, gender unrestricted; experience in workshops, automotive services, or service centers; basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and tires; proficiency in administrative systems; experience in customer service and sales; leadership and organizational skills. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To comprehensively direct, operate, and supervise the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with administrative processes, efficient workshop operations, inventory control, and technical team productivity. Guarantee proper execution of mechanical services, order, safety, quality, and commercial results of the branch. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Customer Service and Sales Serve customers of cars and light trucks at the counter, by phone, email, and WhatsApp. Quote tires upon request and follow up until sale completion. Submit formal quotations via email or printed documents. Clearly and professionally explain diagnoses, mechanical failures, and solution alternatives. Present formal quotations to customers (via email or printed documents). Quote replacement parts for mechanical services (3 supplier options). Explain mechanical issues of customers’ vehicles. Close sales, collect payments, and issue invoices as required. Workshop Operations and Technical Supervision Supervise order, cleanliness, and safety in the workshop and common areas. Assign daily tasks and activities to technicians according to workload and priorities. Monitor service progress to ensure timely delivery and quality. Quote replacement parts for mechanical services (at least three options). Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and tools. Inspect workshop tool inventory and ensure its control. Generate service orders in Autopartes PRO. Report technicians’ commissions and weekly/monthly productivity to Management. Administrative Control and Systems Register purchases in the system and generate Purchase Orders (POs). Issue invoices when requested by customers. Record payments in the system. Organize, process, and submit bank deposits. Control inventories of tires, tools, and materials. Dispatch inter-branch transfers and coordinate shipments between branches. Prepare administrative and operational reports for the branch. General Branch Supervision Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and quality standards. Coordinate efficient communication among administrative, workshop, and warehouse departments. Maintain uninterrupted branch operations, promptly resolving unexpected issues. Verify proper documentation and closure of work orders. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Guarantee satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
