**Full Job Description** We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate–Shipping Packer** to support order control, registration, and fulfillment in the warehouse. **Key Responsibilities** * Package, wrap, and seal products into boxes, bags, or other containers. * Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Accurately label, tag, and mark packages. * Weigh and count items to verify quantities. * Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized. * Record shipment or product information. * Verify current promotions during order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records. * Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and warehouse audits. * Identify and report discrepancies or damaged/expired products. * Assist in receiving and organizing materials according to the storage system. * Properly complete temperature logs and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). * Support preparation of domestic and international orders. * Maintain order and cleanliness across all merchandise storage areas. * Deliver orders to local and external drivers. * Handle medications appropriately following FIFO and FEFO principles. **Requirements** * Education: Technical high school diploma or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (preferred, especially in pharmaceutical or hospital settings). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)** and/or ERP systems. * Numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy. **We Offer** * Salary of $14,500 pre-tax per month + $6,000 monthly productivity bonus. * $1,100 monthly punctuality bonus. * $2,000 monthly food vouchers. * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Bi-weekly payroll. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
