**COST AND BUDGET ANALYST – NEODATA EXPERIENCE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Industrial/Environmental/Civil Engineer, Architect. * 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience with Walmart format preferred. * Proficiency in Neodata unit pricing (basic–intermediate) and Excel (basic–intermediate). **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor invitations to participate in tenders issued by various clients and track them on the corresponding platforms. * Prepare technical-economic proposals in accordance with client requirements. * Develop and quantify concept catalogs in Neodata. * Analyze unit prices, direct and indirect costs. * Prepare technical and economic comparisons for proposal evaluation. * Negotiate budgets with clients, contractors, and suppliers. * Update price and productivity databases in Neodata. * Other duties as assigned. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $16,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Mixed contribution scheme. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Work location: Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City.
