




* Ensure reliable operation in all hotel kitchens focused primarily on guest satisfaction, applying and supervising hygiene processes, supply control, and standard recipes. * Supervise various production lines to ensure food quality. * Assign tasks to staff under supervision. * Control supplies and equipment assigned to the department. * Keep different menus up-to-date and competitively current. * Conduct physical inspections of each kitchen equipment, implement specific maintenance program. * Assess raw material needs for the preparation and production of various hotel menus. * Promote teamwork in order to provide optimal service to meet customer demands.
