




Job Summary: Audit and validate the proper preparation and documentary compliance of import and export entries, ensuring adherence to customs regulations and minimizing risks. Key Highlights: 1. OBJECTIVE: \*Validate and audit the correct preparation, classification, and documentary compliance of import and export entries, ensuring adherence to current customs regulations, minimizing tax risks, operational errors, and contingencies with authorities. ACTIVITIES: 1 Review and validate import and export entries. 2 Verify correct tariff classification of goods. 3 Validate compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NTRRs). 4 Review supporting documentation (invoices, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates, permits). 5 Validate correct calculation of foreign trade duties and taxes. 6 Identify errors in declared data (value, origin, tariff classification, quantities). 7 Validate compliance with the Customs Law and General Foreign Trade Rules. 8 Audit information entered into customs systems. 9 Identify tax and operational risks prior to entry validation. 10 Coordinate corrections with traffic, classification, and documentation departments. 11 Issue observations and technical feedback. 12 Follow up on corrections until operation closure. 13 Validate criteria applied in special operations. 14 Support handling of requests and audits. 15 Compile complete files for review and backup. 16 Maintain documentary control and traceability of operations. 17 Continuously update knowledge of regulatory changes. 18 Support prevention of customs contingencies. \*Education: International Trade\|International Business \| Customs Law \| International Logistics Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
