No matter who you are, where you’re from, or whom you love, you can always influence those around you and make a positive impact on the world. **Learn more:** PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.** Responsibilities: **The opportunity** We are seeking a Fleet Supervisor for Sales and Distribution personnel, with leadership vision, strong teamwork skills, and a results-oriented mindset. **Your impact** As a Sales Supervisor, your responsibilities would include:* Field supervision and accompaniment (route visits and store calls). * Review of sales tickets and goal attainment. * Implementation of commercial strategies with the team. * Oversight of compliance with company protocols and standards. * Support in sales staff training and certification. * Participation in targeted interviews with pre-screened candidates. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** **Education*** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Business (preferred). **Experience*** Valid driver’s license (mandatory; standard vehicle operation). * Demonstrable experience in sales and/or distribution (preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, starting at 6:30 a.m. * Effective communication. * Initiative.
