A nationwide company is looking to hire a **Logistics Traffic Assistant**; if you are interested in this field, are dynamic, and want to grow and learn more in this excellent environment, we recommend you apply. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**: * Knowledge and ability in Data Capture Management (collection, entry, review of data, and record maintenance). * Ability to **identify** different types of documents and **verify** their information. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (50%) including tables, formulas, summations, and lookup functions. * Strong ability to type quickly and accurately. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Review information contained in invoices, shipping lists, and Bill of Lading (BL) to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Accurately enter customs documentation into the internal system without errors. * Revalidate BLs with the shipping line to ensure cargo release. * Deliver complete files to various departments within the company. * Immediately correct any information requested by other departments. * Perform administrative tasks supporting operations such as filling out Excel reports, completing forms, filing, labeling, etc. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
