Full-time At DELMAR EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and commercially oriented individual to join our Digital Sales department. Main Responsibilities: * Provide immediate service to digital customers and leads. * Prospect follow-up until sale closure. * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other digital channels. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Explanation of pricing, products, and commercial terms. * Registration and updating of information in the CRM. * Post-sales follow-up and customer service. * Preparation of commercial reports. * Coordination with various departments to ensure proper order tracking. Requirements: * Age between 22 and 29 years. * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communication, Commerce, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, digital sales, telemarketing, or call center. * Strong verbal communication and commercial follow-up skills. * Proficiency in social media and digital tools. * Proactivity and results orientation.
