




**Main responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (job postings, interviews, follow-up). * Preparation and management of employee records. * Support in registrations, terminations, and transfers with IMSS. * Attendance and incident tracking, and support in payroll calculation. * Coordination of onboarding, training sessions, and internal events. * Follow-up on performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Preparation of reports and departmental indicators. **Training area responsibilities:** * Identification of training needs and annual planning. * Logistical coordination of internal and external training courses. * Monitoring of **mandatory training (NOM\-035 and NOM\-030\-STPS)**. * Recordkeeping and control of evidence, attendance lists, and certificates. * **Updating the DC\-3** and registration with the **STPS** when applicable. * Evaluation of training program effectiveness. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Basic knowledge of **NOM\-035 and NOM\-030\-STPS** (desirable). * Proficiency in Office software and communication skills. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
