




At Grupo MOC, we are looking for an HR Executive to coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and employee offboarding processes, ensuring proper integration and development of staff. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * Coordinate onboarding for new hires. * Manage employee records and keep them up to date. * Develop and follow up on training plans. * Manage agreements with institutions (residents, interns, and students). * Handle labor-related matters. * Payroll processing and attendance/incident control. * Coordinate activities of the joint safety and hygiene committee. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field (preferably specialized in HR). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles (3 years as an HR Executive preferred). * Knowledge of labor regulations (LFT, LIMSS, LISR, STPS). * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS 365. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Age: 25 to 40 years. **Skills and Competencies** * Employee relations and personnel management. * Staff development and priority management. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Knowledge of HR policies and job interviews. **We Offer** * Hiring with a 30-day probation period. * Growth and development within the organization. * Statutory benefits.
