Join us—let’s grow together! ### **Key Responsibilities** * Optimize inventory of supplies and forecast purchases of various technological or computing items in coordination with the Recruiting and Accounting teams. * Configure, maintain, and provide support for company-issued equipment. * Manage and track work licenses. * Provide support to various departments, prioritizing simplicity and reliability, acting as the communication link between the IT department and the rest of the company. * Continuously seek to improve development standards, tools used, and implemented processes. ### **What do you need to shine?** * Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android operating system administration (Mandatory); * Familiarity with remote software administration tools (e.g., JumpCloud, AnyDesk, etc.); * Basic understanding of network administration and operation; * Excellent communication and comprehension skills to deliver optimal solutions. * Basic hardware knowledge. * Basic programming language knowledge or scripting skills for automation; * Knowledge of and experience managing SLAs for response times; * Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Jira, Slack, Notion). #LI-MS1**Our Benefits:** 🌴 **Xepelin Balance** **Vacations:** 15 business days.
