Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Processes Lead to ensure the proper execution of daily processes, reduce errors, and prepare operations for orderly scaling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, document, and maintain SOPs. 2. Audit process compliance and correct use of WMS/ERP. 3. Implement continuous improvement actions to increase efficiency. We seek an **Operational Processes Lead** who ensures the proper execution of daily processes, reduces operational and inventory errors, and prepares operations for orderly scaling—reducing dependence on direct supervision by Management. **Responsibilities** * Design, document, and keep updated **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**. * Audit process compliance and correct use of **WMS / ERP**. * Identify operational deviations and conduct root cause analysis. * Implement **continuous improvement** actions to increase efficiency and reduce errors. * Train operational staff and team leaders on processes and best practices. * Define, monitor, and analyze **operational KPIs**. * Report deviations, risks, and operational progress to Management. * Ensure process standardization amid growth or operational changes. **Authority** * Halt processes in case of critical quality, inventory, or system risks. * Require process corrections and adjustments in any operational area. * Escalate relevant risks to Management. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce**. * Strong process orientation, operational control, and continuous improvement mindset. * Knowledge and experience with **WMS and/or ERP**. * Analytical ability and problem-solving focus. * Ability to train staff and foster operational discipline. * Organization, follow-up, and effective communication skills. * Travel twice per month to the warehouse located in Iztacalco.
