




Job Summary: Coordinate and implement comprehensive quality and occupational safety strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous process improvement, and talent development. Promote talent development within the organization **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and implement comprehensive strategies regarding quality and occupational safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous process improvement, and talent development within the organization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015\. * Knowledge of OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) and the security profile for domestic road transportation. * Support various departments implementing the QHSE Management System (QHSE-MS), in executing and monitoring actions defined in processes. * Consolidate results derived from monitoring and mediation of services and processes under the QHSE-MS. * Report information, input, and resource requirements needed by processes for optimal QHSE-MS performance. * Analyze process performance to identify and prioritize opportunities for QHSE-MS improvement and innovation. * Monitor identified and recorded risks in the risk matrix. * Ensure adherence to quality policy and objectives across all company levels. * Report to Management and/or Senior Management the performance of the Integrated Management System (Quality\-Safety) and any improvement needs. * Ensure awareness among staff regarding customer requirements at all company levels. * Develop the Annual Internal Audit Program and audits for Business Partners. * Develop Internal Audit Plans and those for Business Partners. * Conduct internal audits of the Integrated Management System (Quality\-Safety). * Conduct safety inspections at Business Partners’ (suppliers’) facilities. * Prepare Internal Audit Reports for the QHSE-MS and for Business Partners. * Conduct service audits for customers. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary * Savings fund * Punctuality and performance bonus after three months **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday (08:00–18:00 hrs.) * Saturday (08:00–13:00 hrs.)
