Compliance with safety regulations and HESQ standards **Vacancy: Dispatch and Weighbridge Assistant** Location: Manzanillo Port Position Type: Full-time **Job Objective** Safely and efficiently operate Payloader equipment to ensure proper product handling, compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards, as well as basic equipment maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate the Payloader safely and efficiently * Perform pre-operation equipment checklists * Participate in safety talks and calisthenics * Execute loading, unloading, and product arrangement activities * Maximize storage capacity through proper product handling * Preserve product quality during handling * Report quality anomalies prior to packaging * Perform autonomous maintenance routines (LILA: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and adjustment) * Detect and report equipment faults or abnormal conditions * Participate in shift handover\-takeover * Maintain equipment in optimal condition at the end of each shift * Assist in cleaning equipment and work areas * Actively participate in 5S programs * Report equipment failures to the maintenance department * Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and HESQ standards * Report incidents, unsafe conditions, or near-misses * Support other operational functions as required by business needs **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year operating heavy machinery or similar activities * Autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and adjustment) * Experience in operations and production * Availability to rotate shifts **We Offer**: * Salary: $20,414 less taxes * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund: 13% * Life insurance * Major Medical Expense Insurance for the employee and their economic dependents * Transportation service * Cafeteria subsidy * Uniforms * Personal protective equipment (PPE) * Statutory benefits * Productivity bonus: 50% of monthly salary **Work Location: Manzanillo Port, Col.** **Schedule: Shift rotation** Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
