We are seeking due to growth:** **Service Area Assistant** **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school diploma * Experience in administrative, logistics, customer service or similar areas * Knowledge of: Excel, inventory management, ERP systems, and administrative tasks **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Generate service orders for various maintenance categories: preventive, corrective, customer service, and equipment certifications * Physically deliver vouchers to the purchasing department for vendor services * Manage petty cash * Coordinate logistics for equipment transportation * Process access permits with clients to allow technical staff entry * Prepare service department invoices * Deliver vouchers for parts purchases * Collect technician sizes for uniform distribution * Prepare incident reports * Assist in annual inventory * Monthly closing of service orders **WE OFFER:** * Direct hiring by Briggs with 100% IMSS contributions * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 * Competitive benefits package: Grocery vouchers, Christmas bonus, savings fund, profit sharing, transportation allowance, mobile phone, and laptop * Annual salary increases **Work location: Carretera Manzanillo – Minatitlán, Col.
