Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate security personnel assigned to your shift. * Ensure compliance with security protocols, patrols, and fixed posts. * Prepare daily reports on incidents, occurrences, and noteworthy events. * Verify the proper functioning of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control). * Manage emergency situations: evacuations, first aid, operational incidents. * Maintain constant communication with higher management and other operational departments. * Train and guide staff on procedures and best practices. * Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational continuity. Requirements: * Completed secondary education (preferred: technical training or security-related education). * Courses or certifications in private security, surveillance, or related fields. * Knowledge of emergency management and first aid (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. * Availability to work on-site shifts in Ocotlán, Jalisco. * 8-hour shifts.
