Job Summary: This role involves verifying tariff classifications, identifying non-tariff regulations, ensuring tax compliance, approving customs declarations, and advising on trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify tariff classification and non-tariff regulations 2. Approve customs declarations for payment and manage discrepancies 3. Advise on regulations and ensure service quality **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience.** * Excellent attitude * Ability to work under pressure **Specific Knowledge:** * Customs Law and its Regulations. * General Rules of Foreign Trade and their annexes. * Official Mexican Standards (NOMs). * Basic knowledge of tariff classification. * Non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * International treaties. **Responsibilities:** * Verify the appropriate tariff classification for each commodity. * Identify applicable non-tariff regulations and restrictions for commodities. * Verify correct tax determination. * Approve customs declarations for payment. * Determine aspects requiring review during prior inspection. * Verify that the goods listed on invoices match the results of the prior inspection. * Verify that supporting documentation is complete and accurate. * Advise traffic executives on matters related to non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Manage discrepancies regarding commodity classification or interpretation of regulations. * Report detected irregularities during customs classification review to the Operations Manager for authorization of corrective actions. * Ensure quality and compliance of customs classification services. * Participate in quality and safety management systems. * Communicate performance indicator results to the Operations Manager. **Benefits:** * **Competitive gross monthly salary based on experience.** * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Paid hourly leave * Punctuality bonus * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $18,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
