We are currently seeking a **Heavy Machinery Mechanic** to join our maintenance team and ensure our equipment remains in optimal condition. **Requirements:** * Degree or technical career in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, hydraulics, or related field. * 1 to 5 years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment. **(Mobile cranes, forklifts, reach stackers, containers)** * Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems. * Experience diagnosing faults using computerized diagnostic tools **(scanner or manufacturer software)**. * Prior work experience in ports, container yards, mining, or construction. * Ability to work rotating shifts if required. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Inspect and perform daily checklists on cranes and forklifts to ensure proper operation. * Accurately document all maintenance activities performed. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established schedule. * Report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor to implement corrective actions. **Technical skills:** * Diagnosis and repair of complex hydraulic systems **(cylinders, valves, pumps)**. * Knowledge of automatic and electronic transmission systems **(ZF, Dana, Allison, etc.)**. * Maintenance of electrical control and safety systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical and hydraulic diagrams. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment contract with the company. * 100% salary registration with IMSS. * Weekly direct payment.
