




Position Summary: A professional with experience in organizational design, regulatory compliance, personnel management, payroll administration, and handling critical labor cases. Key Highlights: 1. Manages organizational design and salary scales. 2. Supervises compliance with labor policies and regulations. 3. Administers payroll, attendance incidents, and labor-related cases. * Design and update the organizational structure and salary scales. * Supervise compliance with policies, processes, and labor regulations. * Manage and audit personnel files, contracts, hires, terminations, and IMSS records. * Administer payroll (calculations, payments, severance settlements, bonuses, PTU, and pay slips). * Control attendance incidents, vacations, salary adjustments, and seniority. * Handle critical labor cases and apply disciplinary measures. * Coordinate follow-up with HR managers and communicate guidelines. * Monitor loans, outstanding debts, sanctions, and pending payments. * Validate benefits, support programs, and agreements with providers. * **INDICATORS:** * % of achievement of HR department indicators. * % of employee retention and turnover. * Payroll accuracy and timeliness (0 errors / on-time deliveries). * Compliance with internal and external audits. * Workplace climate and employee satisfaction. * **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years in executive, managerial, or high-level assistant roles.
