Multivias Logistics is seeking a Traffic Executive to join our expanding team · Attend to External Clients: respond to calls, messages, and emails regarding any requests made by clients. · Provide Shipment Status Updates: periodically inform clients of the status of shipments or containers; report delays or incidents; transparently communicate the current status of units. · Prepare Unit Documentation: generate waybills with their respective complements (validation of correct data in documentation). · Track Unloadings: record yard departures, arrivals at destination, and returns to yard in the time-tracking system, in order to request and expedite customer release. · Track Unit Returns: review and monitor unit returns to ensure the loading schedule. · Monitor Unit Status: maintain real-time awareness of unit status—loading, unloading, en route loaded, returning empty, mechanical failure, etc. · Support Drivers: serve as the first point of contact or communication link for incidents reported by drivers; ensure requests are addressed promptly to avoid significant operational impact. · Monitor Unit Convoys: ensure convoy routes from yard departure through delivery to the customer. · Deliver Travel Documents: provide waybills and customs entries to drivers prior to departure. · Deliver Loading Documents: provide handling documents for port entry and cargo or loaded container pickup. · Track Empty Containers: ensure timely entry of empty containers, request customs entries from customs agents, and notify drivers. · Confirm Destinations to Drivers: review and confirm destination(s) with drivers, monitor for changes, and track compliance. · Generate Reports: upload statistical information (Drive, shared file) regarding shipment departures. · Manage mirror accounts for specific clients.
