Opportunity to apply organizational skills and attention to detail. **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible Yard Assistant to support operational and administrative activities within the yard, ensuring accurate registration, control, and tracking of information related to units and operators. **Main Responsibilities:** * Equipment assignment according to instructions. * Monitoring of working hours and generator filling. * Collection and recording of maneuvers and spare parts. * Resetting units via system. * Printing documents for operators prior to trip departure. * Receiving and validating evidence submitted by operators. * Recording add-ons in the SIGA system. * Supporting operational information control at the yard. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Administration, Transportation, or related field. * Experience in operational or administrative activities (preferred). * Basic computer system proficiency. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **Skills:** * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits.
