Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor maritime import and export operations. Review and validate customs documentation (customs declarations, invoices, bills of lading, certificates, etc.). Manage customs clearance in accordance with current regulations. Maintain communication with clients, shipping lines, suppliers, and customs authorities. Track operational status and resolve incidents. Prepare service, contribution, and tax quotations. Coordinate with internal departments (traffic, data entry, operations). Compile, control, and update digital and physical files. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the Customs Law, foreign trade rules, and customs clearance procedures. Proficiency in customs systems (e.g., CASA, Darwin, or similar). Intermediate Excel skills. Flexible working hours.
