Job Description: Traffic Executive Department: Operations / Traffic Location: \[MANZANILLO] Position Type: Full-time / On-site **Purpose of the Position** To manage, coordinate, and monitor import and export logistics and customs operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate timely and accurate customs clearance of goods. * Monitor shipments closely, from origin to release. * Maintain constant communication with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and authorities. * Verify documentation (customs entries, bills of lading, invoices, certificates, etc.) and ensure proper completion. * Enter and update information in internal systems and external platforms. * Identify and prevent potential operational or documentation issues. * Support resolution of logistical or customs-related emergencies. * Prepare tracking reports and operational KPIs. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customs brokerage firm or logistics company. * Knowledge of import/export processes and Mexican customs regulations. * Proficiency in customs management systems (e.g., SAAI, TMS, ERP). * Intermediate Excel skills and administrative abilities. * Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. **Desirable** * Intermediate English (reading and writing). * Knowledge of non-tariff regulations (NOMs, permits, etc.). * Experience serving clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, or retail sectors.
