As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for motivating and leading the operations team to achieve company objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure M\&R objectives are met and executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with all applicable procedures and regulations. * Supervise staff involved in the operational process focused on achieving M\&R, Stacking, and Inspection zone objectives. * Guarantee the agreed service level. * Monitor overtime hours for personnel under your supervision. * Ensure resources are allocated according to operational needs. * Contribute to compliance with current labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Control Room, Control Equipment, Yard/Operations Supervisor or related role. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Customs, International Trade, Business Administration or related field. * IICL certification is a plus. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Planning and organization.
