This opportunity is for you! We are looking for an Operations Agent with solid experience in freight transportation, handling sea, air, and land shipments, and advanced conversational English skills. You will be responsible for managing all operations, following up with clients, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that all documentation and processes flow smoothly. Location: Av. Acueducto, near Plaza Andares, in Zapopan, Jalisco. Main responsibilities: Manage assigned accounts and provide timely follow\-up to clients. Coordinate import and export shipments (air, sea, and land). Make reservations with shipping lines and airlines. Issue Bills of Lading for export. Create and update electronic files. Update shipments in the system (dates, documents, status). Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Prepare letters of instruction for carriers. Release shipments and send arrival notifications. Record costs and revenues in the billing system. Process warranty returns with carriers and customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field. Advanced conversational English (assessed during the interview). Minimum 2 years of experience in freight transportation operations. Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
