




Position Summary: Coordination and supervision of customs operations, customer service, and document management for importers and exporters. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of foreign trade operations. 2. Direct interaction with customers, importers, and exporters. 3. Knowledge of the Customs Law and tariff regulations. Specific Requirements: * Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or Customs / Bachelor's degree in International Business * Technical Requirement: Familiarity with systems, customs portals, and yards. * Knowledge of the Customs Law, restrictions, and tariff regulations Responsibilities: * Customer service. * Documentation of cargo handling, payment of customs entries, payments to shipping lines, detention charge settlements, and guarantee recoveries. * Daily activity planning with assistants. * Monthly updating of customer records and data. * Multitasking skills. * Entry filing. * Revalidation. * Maintaining organized files, references, and case folders. * Supervision and control of operations. * Coordination with customers, importers, and exporters to ensure shipments.
