We are seeking a Customs Processing Agent to ensure the accurate and timely clearance of goods, maintaining high technical and ethical standards.* **Benefits:** \- Location: Salagua Neighborhood, Manzanillo, Colima \- Salary: Up to $20,000 MXN per month (based on experience and expertise) \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasional Saturdays) \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Monthly food vouchers worth $2,000 MXN. \- Savings fund. \- Job stability and professional development within an international company. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs operations or foreign trade. \- Advanced English proficiency required (spoken and written). \- Mandarin Chinese desirable (not mandatory). \- Proficiency in SAAI, VUCEM, Incoterms, and Mexican customs regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Validate customs entries, DODA, and COVE in SAAI and VUCEM. \- Ensure compliance with the Customs Law, TIGIE, and non-tariff regulations (NOMs, NTBs). \- Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, clients, and terminals. \- Perform tariff classification and calculate taxes and duties. \- Manage international documentation: BLs, certificates, permits, and rules of origin. \- Monitor critical customs clearance timelines (“customs clock”). **Key Competencies:** \- Attention to detail and analytical thinking. \- Assertive communication and teamwork. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. \- Professional ethics and confidential handling of information.
