Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field Requirements * Proficiency in the RECO system * Customer service skills * Customs entry documentation processing * Customs entry documentation review and annotation * Knowledge of customs law, foreign trade law, Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), Incoterms, and their practical application * Coordination of shipments through various maritime customs offices * Compilation of electronic importers’ files * Preparation of expense reimbursement requests * Management of advances, invoices, and payments * Shipment tracking and follow-up * Revalidation procedures and associated payments * Familiarity with procedures at the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCEM) * Review of customs clearance expenses * General reporting We offer * Monthly salary ranging from $15,000.00 to $17,000.00 (net, pre-tax), depending on experience, plus food vouchers * 100% IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) registration * Free cafeteria service * On-site childcare facility * Complimentary uniforms * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
