You will be the key person ensuring our clients' international trade operations run with maximum efficiency, legality, and security. Your primary mission will be to represent importers and exporters, skillfully managing the entire customs clearance process to ensure smooth commercial flow, optimize costs, and provide legal certainty for every shipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and file import and export customs declarations, ensuring their accurate preparation and regulatory compliance. * Serve as the main point of contact and coordination between customs brokers, carriers, terminals, and clients. * Ensure strict compliance with the Customs Law, its regulations, regimes, and international trade agreements. * Perform correct tariff classification of goods and accurately calculate taxes and duties. * Continuously monitor documentation and cargo status from origin to final destination (advance notices, customs clock). * Operate key industry systems such as VUCEM and SAAI to streamline processes. * Handle and manage audits and inspections conducted by customs authorities. **Candidate Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Customs Law, or a related field (in progress or completed). **Essential Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Customs Broker, preferably within international logistics companies. * Solid experience in preparing import and export customs declarations. * Demonstrable track record coordinating with customs brokers, carriers, and terminals. **Key Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of Customs Law, tariff regimes, regulations, and non-tariff restrictions. * Advanced proficiency in customs systems (VUCEM, SAAI). * Familiarity with international shipping documentation (BL, Carta Porte, certificates of origin, etc.). * Ability to calculate foreign trade taxes and contributions. **Skills and Competencies:** * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and documents without errors. * **Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving:** Capacity to effectively identify and resolve unexpected issues. * **Assertive Communication:** Excellent interaction with clients, suppliers, and authorities. * **Autonomy and Prioritization:** Ability to independently and efficiently manage your workload. * **Ethics and Confidentiality:** Integrity in handling sensitive information. * **Ability to work under pressure** in a dynamic environment. **Additional Requirements:** * Conversational English (intermediate to advanced level). * Availability to meet standard working hours. * Valid driver's license. * Personal vehicle (desirable). **What We Offer** * Salary up to $20,000.00 MXN depending on experience * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements:** * 30-day year-end bonus. * 7% savings fund. * Monthly grocery vouchers worth $2,000.00 MXN. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Direct company hiring with job stability. * A professional, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements and are ready to join a high-performance team, apply through this platform by attaching your updated CV.
