(truca) * Desired experience: 6 months. * Knowledge of the Customs Law. * General Rules of Foreign Trade. * Customs procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** * Enter the prior recognition form for analysis by the Account Executive and send it to the corresponding officer. * Analyze Sumafrac data by client and supplier to suggest appropriate tariff classifications. * Register tariff-classified products in Sumafrac. * Enter RRNA permits under the supervision of the Account Executive. * Prepare letters and annexes to customs declarations and submit them to the Account Executive for signature by our client’s legal representative. * Review suggested changes from Confronta with the Account Executive and implement corrections for Confronta’s review and signature. * Validate customs declarations according to instructions provided by the Account Executive. * Submit customs declarations to the Account Executive for corresponding processing. * Open consolidated export declarations and close them. * Digitize worksheets. * Update system records regarding procedure statuses and references for daily operations reporting. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Monthly bonuses. * Uniforms. * Training. * Professional growth. * Job stability.
