TEP originates from a group of companies operating in over 29 countries across the Americas, dedicated to logistics, maritime-port activities, and port facility construction, providing the company with significant capacity and backing to face current challenges within the global logistics industry, particularly in Manzanillo. **Position Description:** As **HSE Manager**, you will be responsible for leading and implementing initiatives related to health, safety, environment, and quality at TEP. You will work closely with operational and management teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement policies and procedures related to health, safety, environment, and quality. * Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct potential risks and safety issues. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Train personnel on safety, environmental, and quality topics. * Coordinate environmental management activities, including waste management and compliance with environmental regulations. * Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in processes. * Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on HSEQ performance. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the logistics-port sector. * Knowledge of applicable safety and quality regulations and standards. * Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and motivate others. * Additional certifications in safety and quality (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) are highly valued.
