Then this opportunity is for you! We seek to add a committed and experienced Traffic Assistant to our team. You will be responsible for providing operational support in the daily management of transport units, ensuring efficient fulfillment of logistics cycles through real-time monitoring, documentation control, and incident tracking—aiming to guarantee continuity and quality in transportation operations. **Responsibilities:** * Generate Electronic Appointment Documents (DEC). * Develop and manage truck operational cycles. * Manage and issue access passes. * Monitor unit circuits in real time. * Identify and report incidents occurring during operations. * Track the continuous flow of units. * Collect documentary evidence of transports. * Validate movements for payment authorization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in logistics, administration, or related field. * Proficiency in logistics control platforms (e.g., DECS or others), transport documentation, access and permit management, and fundamental principles of logistics and traceability. * Attention to detail, sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure. * No certifications required for this position. * Minimum 1 year of operational experience in traffic or transportation functions.
