Customs brokerage company is looking for a Customs Broker Experience: * 1 year in the position (desirable). * In customs procedures (desirable). Education: * High school or technical degree. Responsibilities: * Accurately prepare pre-arrival reports, ensure that the quantities declared on the invoice match the physical goods, and verify that the merchandise and packaging are in good condition. * Properly seal boxes and/or packages with the company's pre-arrival tape and monitor its usage. * Report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or overages of goods to the customs clerks supervisor and record them on the pre-arrival form. * Locate and guide the transport unit into the customs facility. * Process and manage customs clearance procedures with the customs authority and comply with internal regulations. * Promptly attend customs inspections, report to the supervisor any discrepancies found by the authorities during physical and document checks, and notify when the shipment is released from customs.
