REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum of 4 verifiable years of experience in logistics, land transportation or operations management. \*Knowledge of national routes, port operations and regulations. \*Proficiency in Samsara, Excel, Office, WhatsApp \*SKILLS \*Leadership and decision-making under pressure. \*Strategic planning and operational control. \*Negotiation and business relations. \*Organization, communication and results-oriented focus.
