**Job Description:** We are looking for a creative designer with experience in pattern making for women's garments in various styles. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in pattern development, textile analysis, and understanding of garment construction processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical pattern development for women's garments in various styles and cuts. * Interpretation of technical specifications and adaptation of patterns. * Analysis of fabric and textile material behavior. * Pattern marking and cutting layout preparation for subsequent cutting and sewing. * Coordination with the production team to ensure accuracy and quality in manufacturing. **Candidate Requirements:** * Age between 25 and 55 years. * Education: Completed or incomplete technical degree in Fashion Design, Haute Couture, or related fields. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in pattern making and sewing of women's clothing. * Knowledge of specialized software such as **Optitex.** * Gender and marital status are irrelevant. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Experience: * pattern development for multi-style women's clothing: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
