Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (hybrid mode: site and office) 50% office Location: Glorieta Chapalita Required experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar position Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hours **Position Objective** Support the construction manager in the technical and administrative follow-up of projects, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors across different construction sites. **Responsibilities** * Hiring and monitoring contractors * Inventory control at main warehouse * Scheduling of supplies (materials/tools) * Subcontractor management: concrete, steel, formwork, hauling, etc. * Supervision to ensure construction follows project specifications **Technical Skills** * Ability to read architectural, structural, and installation blueprints. * Material quantity estimation. * Inventory management. * Preparation of subcontract agreements. * Construction scheduling and tracking. **Candidate Profile** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field * Experience: 2–3 years in construction or similar role * Soft skills: Teamwork, effective communication, punctuality, ability to work under pressure * Software: Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel **We Offer** * Competitive salary + Punctuality bonus Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Professional growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site job
