




We are seeking a commercial and business development leader to execute the expansion of our products to **new distributors, integrators, and end customers** in Mexico and Latin America, positioning our portfolio of **software solutions** as the market’s highest value-for-money alternative. Key responsibilities: **Multichannel prospecting** * Execute sales processes that generate demos and meetings with IT decision-makers, managers, and software partners (email, LinkedIn, phone, events). **Channel recruitment and activation** * Identify distributors with MFP/ECM portfolios; negotiate agreements, business plans, and sales onboarding. **Opportunity discovery** * Conduct discovery calls to identify target industry customers; qualify leads using MEDDIC or similar methodology. **CRM pipeline management** * Maintain clean data and reliable forecasting; present weekly progress updates. **Strategic alliances** * Strengthen alliances with MFP manufacturers, ISVs, and digital transformation consultants. **Brand representation** * Speak at webinars and create digital content and LinkedIn posts. * Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned region. * Establish a clear, process-driven strategy for prospecting new channels. **What we require:** * Ability to independently lead meetings with customer sales, engineering, management, or executive-level personnel, effectively positioning sales and solutions. * Experience in software sales and consulting. * Experience implementing proven sales processes with documented success references. * Preferred experience working with Latin American clients/companies. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High motivation, results orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset. * Experience coordinating and supervising sales teams. * Knowledge of the software industry (desirable expertise in document management/printing/digital transformation). * Spoken and written English is a plus. **Additional details:** * Hybrid position; occasional travel required. * Uncapped commissions.
