This role is responsible for technical leadership, efficient execution, and cultivating a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. The position covers one to two product areas, with direct responsibility for 10–15 engineers, working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Design, and business stakeholders to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and technical strategies. Engineering Team Leadership **Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software products.** Build and sustain a high-talent, high-accountability culture through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. Technical Execution and Best Practices **Drive adoption of modern development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.** Promote engineering excellence through code quality, technical reviews, observability, and continuous improvement. Strategic Management and Roadmaps **Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to define and execute product roadmaps with speed and quality.** Ensure teams are aligned with business outcomes and strategic priorities. KPIs and Operational Results **Measure team success using metrics such as velocity, quality, availability, and customer impact.** Manage engineering metrics using data-driven decision making. Offshore Management and Global Distribution **Manage offshore teams, ensuring alignment with internal standards and delivery expectations.** Conduct capacity planning and efficient resource allocation. Operational Health and Compliance **Own application operational health, including uptime, incident response, and regulatory compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).** Lead strategic initiatives such as platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and automation. Cross-Functional Collaboration **Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to resolve cross-domain challenges and deliver integrated solutions. Knowledge **Deep expertise in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and the modern software development lifecycle. **Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.** Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises application management. **Knowledge of operational metrics: AHT, QA, CSAT, productivity.** Experience managing regulatory standards such as SOC2 and HIPAA. **Ability to define technical strategy, architecture, and platform evolution** Job Type: Full-time Language: * Do you speak English (Required) Work Location: In person
