The role requires leadership, mastery of quality and hygiene standards, and flawless execution during service. **Location:** Plaza Mundo E, Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico **Training Period:** First month: Base salary of $10,550 + $1,800 monthly support paid weekly until tips and bonuses are collected. **After Training:** Base salary of $10,550 + tips ($3,500–$6,500) + $1,250 performance bonus **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits from Day 1 (IMSS) * Indefinite-term contract upon completion of training * Uniforms **Requirements:** * Experience as Bar Manager **Required Knowledge:** * NOM-251 * PEPS system * Inventory control * Operation of industrial equipment **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with NOM-251 and good hygiene practices. * Maintain constant cleaning and sanitization of the bar area. * Prepare equipment, supplies, juices, garnishes, and setups. * Verify that beverages are prepared according to orders and recipes. * Supervise proper use of tools and equipment. * Control stock, storage, and restocking of supplies. * Participate in inventories and coordinate orders with management. * Complete daily control forms. * Maintain clear communication with the team and supervise an assistant. * Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked at shift closure. * Communicate operational standards to staff.
