Knowledge of appointment scheduling and document management A leading company in the logistics sector is looking to hire an **Appointment and Shipment Scheduler**, if you have experience in this field, are dynamic, and wish to grow and learn more about this great industry, we recommend you apply. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**: * Review of files for release, customs declarations (pedimentos), and Bills of Lading (BLs) (where applicable). * Review of complete files and scanning of documentation for processing with the terminal. * Knowledge of appointment scheduling at various terminals. * Customs declarations (pedimentos) and submission of documents for cargo payment. * Revalidation of BLs for payment. * Review of mechanical procedures for proper classification. **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
