JOB OBJECTIVE: Support the execution of heavy cargo transportation trip settlement processes, ensuring proper control and recording of financial resources allocated to drivers and compliance with the company’s internal policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, verify, and record trip documents (per diems, advances, expense receipts, etc.). * Assist in preparing operator trip settlements. * Validate that expenses submitted by operators correspond to concepts authorized by the company. * Enter information into relevant accounting and logistics systems. * File and safeguard documents related to trip settlements. * Provide support to operators to resolve questions regarding their settlements. * Assist in reconciling outstanding operator balances. * Issue customer invoices. * Record administrative supplier and intercompany invoices. EDUCATION: Technical degree or incomplete undergraduate studies. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Basic accounting knowledge and expense verification \| Proficiency in administrative systems and/or ERP systems.
