Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance assistant with experience in electricity, painting, plumbing, and carpentry to perform general maintenance activities and facility inspections. Inspection and maintenance of air conditioning units **We are looking for a maintenance assistant with experience in:** ▪ Electricity ▪ Painting ▪ Plumbing ▪ Carpentry. **Required activities (painting, cleaning, monitoring oily water levels, cleaning water tanks, cleaning chambers, and sweeping and waste removal) must be carried out within the facilities.** **Inspect and keep the facilities' air conditioning units clean.** **Inspect finishes, defects, or malfunctions that may arise within the facilities.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,999.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Free beverages * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
