Totalplay is looking for: **FIELD COLLECTION AGENT FOR MANZANILLO** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Meet the minimum daily number of visits. * Meet the minimum monthly number of visits. * Manage recovery of clients with overdue accounts. * Secure payment commitments from delinquent clients. * Recover Totalplay equipment. * Negotiate with clients. **What do we require from you?** * Age: 18 years or older. * Education: High school diploma or higher. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a collection agent or in similar roles. * Valid motorcycle license and ability to operate a motorcycle (mandatory). * Proficiency in using smartphones. * Service-oriented attitude. * Effective communication skills. * Persuasion and convincing abilities. * Negotiation skills. **What do we offer?** * Base salary: $11,000.00 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–3:00 pm; Saturdays, half-day. * Company vehicle. * Gasoline vouchers. * Life insurance. * Bonuses for portfolio recovery. * Bonuses for secured payment commitments. * Bonuses for equipment recovery. * Paid and ongoing training. * Indefinite-term contract. * Uniforms and training at no cost.
