





**MAIN ACTIVITIES** · Reservations and payment management: Phone and WhatsApp customer service; registration and control of reservations and their payments, including charges for services, equipment, and products for PADEL. Issuance of receipts to customers. · Management of virtual scheduling for reservations. · User registration and support: Customer service for sales of services, equipment, and bar items; contact registration and follow-up on reservations. Updating the reservation system and adjusting and coordinating class schedules as well as reservations. · Sale/Rental of paddles and balls: Counter service for the sale/rental of equipment and accessories, as well as customer assistance and recommendations. · Sale of GAMEPASS and PREPAID: Customer service for information and inquiries regarding available packages, payment collection, and registration. · Sales reports, cash counts, and cash register closing: Performing shift cash counts, recording and tracking; reporting petty cash count to the General Manager, as well as balancing and closing the cash register. · User guidance and support: Explaining game rules, court usage, and facility guidelines; providing corresponding game equipment. · Supervision of areas and facilities: Inspecting and ensuring the proper condition and operation of courts, common areas, and facilities; reporting any anomalies or incidents. · Reporting to Management about supply shortages reported by staff under supervision (bartender), for updating and reordering. · Club closing: Closing facilities, ensuring together with assigned staff (bartender) that order and cleanliness are maintained. **SECONDARY ACTIVITIES** · Occasional support at the bar · Assistance in organizing tournaments, clinics, and special events · Support in inventory control · Supervision of proper facility usage Job type: Part-time Salary: Starting at $3,000.00 per week Work location: On-site position
