The ideal candidate must have experience in developing technological solutions, data management, and process automation, demonstrating strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills. This position requires a proactive approach to translating business needs into efficient technical solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of developments. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to process optimization using BI tools, data integration, and automation, guaranteeing compliance with technological and information security standards. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data models in Power BI using DAX and Power Query (M). * Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into BI, automation, or data integration solutions. * Automate operational and administrative processes using tools such as Power Automate, scripts, or custom development. * Design, model, and optimize databases (SQL Server/MySQL), including queries, stored procedures (SP), and data structures. * Integrate data from ERP systems and other internal/external sources via ETL processes or automated connections. * Manage code and development versions using version control tools (Git or others). * Document solutions, data models, and information flows. * Actively participate in projects following agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Apply information security standards, access controls, and data confidentiality measures. * Evaluate, propose, and implement technological improvements in BI, automation, and data integration. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Computing, Data Science, or related field. * **Experience:** * 3–5 years in BI development, data analysis, or process automation. **Technical Skills:** * Power BI (advanced) * DAX and Power Query (M) * SQL (advanced) * Power Automate or other automation tools * Version control (Git) * Data modeling (star schema, snowflake) * Agile methodologies * Proven experience with Power BI (modeling, advanced DAX, performance optimization). * Experience handling relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL). * Experience with ETL processes and data integration. * **We Offer:** * Competitive salary, to be determined based on experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional growth opportunities. * Continuous training and internal development. **We offer a dynamic work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive salary.
